Android phone with a projector

Need to use your smartphone to show presentations or photos on a nearby surface? Samsung's Galaxy Beam may have you covered.

South Korean electronics giant Samsung showed off an Android phone with a built-in projector dubbed "Halo" earlier this year at the Mobile World Congress, but the company has just officially announced the device and when it'll be available…and sadly, that does not currently include the North American market. The Samsung Galaxy Beam is scheduled to go on sale July 17 via StarHub in Singapore, and sports a 3.7-inch AMOLED display and an integrated pico-projector the company says can pitch an image up to 50 inches across on a nearby screen, wall, or other appropriate surface.
